TOPIC: How do you shorten your release cycle?
The podcast, "Timothy Fitz on Continuous Deployment" includes in the synopsis, "Timothy’s philosophy is that you should release code often. By that he means 50 times a day, if necessary."
While few of us release 50 times a day, agile methods do flourish on a frequent release schedule. Have you increased your release schedule as a result of becoming agile? What tools do you use to support frequent releases? What cultural or process changes were required? What problems or questions do you have about accelerating your release schedule? Do you event want to?
The podcast will be interesting viewing in preparation for the meeting.
