Agile methods drive development teams toward new practices and tools. Agile's emphasis on iterative development and short release cycles requires that core system components be changed rapidly. Say your database schema for example. Database tools and methods have lagged behind in achieving agility. How can we close the "agility gap" for databases?

Come share how your team has adapted its database practices to be more agile. Perhaps you've discovered tools that makes the job easier. Perhaps you are really stuck with some part of your database practices that retard your agility. Perhaps you want to come and share your most colossal database failure story.
