My Agile Experience
I took a class in college on software engineering. Scrum and XP were the most interesting things I took away from the class. Since then, I've been reading as much as I can about all things Agile. My current position lured me in by saying that I'd be working within a Scrum environment. That's not actually true, but there's enough interest that I'm hoping to make it so. I've been fortunate in that they have been willing to send me to the Agile 2007 and 2008 conferences. Having just returned from Agile 2008, I'm hoping to use my renewed excitement to make some positive changes at work. If I only succeed in making myself more Agile, I'll be happy.
